Following the success of The Thrill of Hope for the Christmas season comes What Wondrous Hope for Lent, Holy Week and Eastertide. Mingling traditional and contemporary elements, this cantata tells the story of Christ's ministry, passion and resurrection with thoughtful narration by Pamela Stewart. Great hymnody and modern worship songs are woven together in a way that is especially useful for the traditional/transitional church. Bringing the various services of the season into community, this work provides for two distinct endings for optimal programming flexibility.
